The Insight

Connecticut Technical Educational and Career System operates 17 diploma-granting technical high schools, one technical education center and two aviation maintenance programs. When it came time to launch a recruitment campaign, CTECS needed a robust digital media strategy that could break through and reach their audience of prospective students and parents. The channels were comprised of:
  • Digital -  Programmatic Display and Video
  • Social – Facebook, Instagram and Snap chat.

Given the budget, we utilized existing footage from CTECS and incorporated voice over and graphic. All video editorial was done in-house.
