Andrew has been leading strategically driven brand communication programs in a variety of industries for over 20 years. At Decker, he provides strategic leadership and management across the agency and serves as the executive producer for broadcast and digital video projects. Andrew really enjoys and appreciates immersive discovery, authentic storytelling, purposeful design, thoughtful planning, clear expectations, and world-class execution. In addition to his agency experience, Andrew spent 8 years running a record label through Universal records with Thurston Moore of Sonic Youth.
The Fun Stuff
Love my family, love to cook. On any given weekend you might find me surfing the jagged shores of Rhode Island or moto-prowling the bucolic hills of Western Massachusetts. Music and pickup hoops are also critical with a healthy smattering of road biking, mountain biking, and river SUPing.

Small Steps were critically lauded at International Film Festival Rotterdam, Rotterdam, The Netherlands; HANDCLAPS at Garage stralsund Berlin, Germany; PAUZE FESTIVAL in association with (K-RAA-K) 3 Gent, Belgium; HER NOISE, South London Gallery, London, U.K. During that same period, I produced a ton of live video documents culminating in a multiscreen gallery showcase at Le festival Filmer la musique at Point Éphémère in Paris, France. My photography has been featured in The New York Times, Rolling Stone, SPIN, The Wire, UNCUT, and MOJO as well as a variety of online sources such as Pitchfork, Stereo Gum, and Brooklyn Vegan.
In yet another lifetime, my 3-piece band released (4) full-length records and toured the United States several times eventually signing to Electra Records. We lovingly shared the stage with Pavement, Morphine, Firehose, Alanis Morissette, Jawbox, Doughboys, Samiam, Unsane, Laughing Hyenas, Buffalo Tom, amongst many others.
